The Porch Room
A glassed-in porch running the south side of the building, with its own door, its own bar, and the best light in the house at 6pm.
The Porch Room is the room people mean when they ask for the light. It runs the full south side of the 1931 building, glassed floor to ceiling on two sides, and from about 5:40 in summer the whole room goes the color of chestnut honey. One long oak table seats twenty-four; pulled apart it makes four sixes, and cleared for a standing reception the room holds forty with the porch doors open to Currant Street.
The room has its own entrance off Vine Alley, its own small bar, and a dedicated server team, so a Porch Room dinner never has to touch the main dining room at all. We can hang a projector for toasts and slides, but we will gently suggest you skip it; the windows do most of the talking.
Menus in the Porch Room are served family style: platters down the middle of the table, built with Chef Boone from whatever the season is doing, three courses or four. Wine can be paired flight by flight with Cal, or you can simply point at the list and we pour generously.
Best for: Rehearsal dinners, milestone birthdays, board dinners that want to feel like neither.
Food and beverage minimums are illustrative demo figures; they vary by night and season, and Sam will quote yours plainly.
