Home/Roof Repair

Roofing Services

Repairs that come with evidence, not invoices.

Leak tracing, flashing, decking, and shingle repair, photographed before and after, scheduled inside the week. If the honest answer is replacement, we say so and show you why.

What we fix

Most leaks are small. The damage from waiting is not.

Water is patient. A lifted flashing or a wind-creased shingle lets in a cup of water per storm, and by the time it shows on your ceiling it has been working on your decking for months. Repair calls get scheduled inside the week precisely because the fix is cheap now and expensive later.

  • Leak tracing. We find the entry point, not just the ceiling stain, and photograph the path.
  • Flashing and boots. Chimneys, walls, and pipe boots are where most Kansas roofs actually fail.
  • Wind-damaged shingles. Creased or missing tabs replaced and color-matched as close as the market allows.
  • Decking and soft spots. Localized rot cut out and re-decked, documented sheet by sheet.
  • Storm patches. Emergency tarps converted to permanent repairs once the claim or the weather clears.

Every repair closes with a photo file: what we found, what we did, what we would watch. If your roof is one storm from a claim, the same file becomes your baseline documentation, which is worth real money when the adjuster shows up. That is the desk mindset, applied to a small job.

Repair or replace? The honest line.

Our rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than 20 percent of a replacement, or it is the third repair in five years, we quote both and recommend the replacement math out loud. Read how replacement works on the replacement page, or put the two side by side with the materials comparison.

Repair questions

Before you get on a roof, call a desk.

How fast can you get to a leak?

Active leaks route through the 24/7 storm line and usually get tarped or patched the same day. Standard repairs are scheduled inside the week (illustrative service levels for this demo).

What does a typical repair cost?

Most single-issue repairs on this demo site land between $350 and $1,200 depending on access and materials (illustrative range). You get a fixed number before work starts.

Will my repair be covered by insurance?

If a storm caused it, possibly. Small repairs often fall under most deductibles, and we will tell you honestly when filing a claim does not make sense.

The storm desk is open

One storm line. One desk. Zero guesswork.

Start with a free written damage report. If your roof is fine, we will tell you that too, in writing, and you can get back to your week.
