Home/Our Process
CompanyWhat to expect, hour by hour.
Every Kestrel project runs the same published sequence with a named person on each step. No mystery contractors, no vanishing weeks, no surprise trucks at 6am.
The call, answered
Priya at the desk takes the intake: what happened, where, how urgent. Emergencies dispatch immediately; inspections book a window within one to three days. You get a confirmation text with the inspector's name.
The inspection
Sam or a field inspector walks the roof, attic, and exterior, photographing everything. You get the written report the same visit: sound, repair, replace, or claim, with the evidence attached.
The paperwork
Repairs get a fixed quote. Claims move to Dana, who builds the file and schedules the adjuster meeting. Replacements get a written scope, material selections, and the monthly-payment framing alongside the total.
The build
Marcus runs the schedule: materials staged a day ahead, Joel's crew on site at the published hour, tear-off to dry-in the same day, and a live text line to the desk while the roof is open.
Magnet sweep, photo report, warranty registration.
The yard and driveway get the magnetic nail sweep, haul-off leaves the same day, and within 48 hours you receive the close-out file: photos of the finished work, the registered manufacturer warranty, and your Overwatch workmanship certificate. The desk calls once more a week later to confirm nothing needs attention. That call is the whole company in miniature.
One storm line. One desk. Zero guesswork.
Start with a free written damage report. If your roof is fine, we will tell you that too, in writing, and you can get back to your week.
