Storm & Claims

Open roof? The line is answered right now.

Punctured decking, missing shingles over living space, active leaks during a storm: emergency tarping dispatches day and night, and the tarp is documented as claim evidence while it goes on.

Storm wire

Emergencies go straight to dispatch: (555) 043-2300. If water is coming in, call before you read the rest of this page.

What counts as an emergency

Call the line if any of these are true.

  • Water is actively entering the house, or ceilings are sagging or dripping.
  • Hail or wind opened the decking, or shingles are gone over living space.
  • A tree or debris is on the roof, even if nothing is leaking yet.
  • A previous tarp has failed or blown loose ahead of more weather.

Everything else, including next-day damage inspections, books through the free damage report and gets scheduled inside days, not weeks.

What happens when you call

Dispatch, not a phone tree.

01

Triage on the phone

A person answers, asks what is open and what is wet, and gives you an arrival window before you hang up.

02

Stabilize

Crew tarps and seals the breach, moves water away from the interior, and makes the roof safe until permanent work.

03

Document

The damage is photographed before and after the tarp. Emergency mitigation is typically claimable, and the file starts here.

04

Schedule the fix

Within about 48 hours (illustrative) you have a written plan: repair, replacement, or a claim on the rail with dates attached.

Emergency mitigation costs are commonly covered by homeowner policies; we document them for your claim either way. Demo service levels are illustrative.

The storm desk is open

One storm line. One desk. Zero guesswork.

Start with a free written damage report. If your roof is fine, we will tell you that too, in writing, and you can get back to your week.
