The DeskStart with the free damage report.
Four fields, one optional carrier line, and a written report on the other end. Or skip the form entirely: the storm line is a person, day and night.
Every channel lands on the same log.
- Storm line, 24/7: (555) 043-2300. Emergencies dispatch immediately.
- Email: desk@kestrelroofing.example, answered inside a business day.
- The office: 2140 N Ridge Ct, Wichita, KS 67205. Mon to Sat, 7a to 7p.
- After a logged storm: if your ZIP shows an open claims window on the storm log, mention it and your inspection jumps the standard queue.
The report, in three beats.
The desk confirms your window within one business hour (illustrative). An inspector walks the roof, attic, and exterior. You get written findings with photos the same visit: sound, repair, replace, or claim, with zero obligation attached to any of them.
Written findings, photos included, yours to keep. No obligation.
You are on the inspection board.
On a live site, the storm desk would confirm your inspection window within one business hour. This is a design demonstration, so nothing was actually sent.

How fast can you get to my roof after a storm?
During an active storm response our median dispatch time is under four hours for emergencies and one to three days for standard damage inspections (illustrative demo figures). The storm line, (555) 043-2300, is answered around the clock.
Do I have to pay for the damage inspection or report?
No. The damage report is free, in writing, and yours to keep whether or not you hire us or file a claim. If we find nothing worth claiming, we tell you that too.
Will you handle my insurance claim for me?
We document the damage, meet your adjuster on the roof, and make sure the approved scope matches what is actually up there. The claim stays yours; the policyholder files it and the insurer pays you. We just make sure the evidence is complete.
Can you waive or absorb my deductible?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who says they can. Your deductible is set by your policy, and offering to hide it is illegal in several states and a red flag everywhere. We price to the approved scope and you pay exactly what your policy says.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most asphalt replacements are one to two build days once materials land. Standing seam metal runs three to five days. The written schedule comes before the first shingle moves.
What does the workmanship warranty cover?
Our Overwatch workmanship warranty (a fictional demo program) covers installation defects for 15 years, on top of the manufacturer's material coverage. If our work leaks, we fix it, period.
