Roughly 80 percent of every Gantry contract flows through trade partners. We treat that like the supply chain it is: clear scopes, honest bid leveling, and payment terms you can plan a payroll around.
How we treat trade partners
Pay applications approved on a published monthly calendar, paid on the 25th. Retention released within 60 days of scope completion, not held hostage to the end of the job. Scopes written to eliminate gaps and overlaps before you price them, and bid leveling shared with the owner unedited, which means the low number wins on scope, not on a private conversation.
In exchange, our sites run one standard for every badge: safety orientation before your first hour, pre-task plans every shift, and a superintendent who will stop your work with the same authority they stop ours.
What prequalification covers
The PQ form below asks for your trades, your bonding, your EMR, and references from GCs who have actually paid you. It takes about ten minutes with your insurance certificates in hand. Prequalification is reviewed within five business days, lasts two years, and puts you on the bid list for every package in your trades.
