Healthcare & Medical Office
Outpatient healthcare is unforgiving construction: pressurized rooms, medical gas, and inspectors with long memories. We build it with a checklist culture that clinical clients recognize.
What we build
Ambulatory surgery centers, imaging and infusion suites, dental and specialty clinics, and shell-plus-TI medical office buildings. Stonebridge Clinic in Folsom, 42,000 square feet of ambulatory surgery and imaging delivered design-build in 15 months, anchors this portfolio.
Clinical rooms are systems, not finishes
An operating room is a machine you happen to stand inside. Air changes, pressure relationships, medical gas certification, and equipment steel all interlock, and a GC who treats them as separate scopes builds rework. We run healthcare coordination with the equipment planner in the room from design onward, and we commission clinical spaces with third-party verification before anyone schedules a patient.
Working around care
Clinic expansions usually happen while the clinic operates. Infection-control risk assessments, sealed containment, after-hours tie-ins, and same-day housekeeping are the baseline, and our superintendents carry current infection-control training. Illustrative like all demo figures, but the method is the pitch: healthcare owners should audit their GC's habits, not their brochure.
Figures illustrative. Fictional demo company.
