Careers
Do the best work of your career. On the record.
Builders join Gantry because their work gets measured honestly and their name goes on it. Five roles are open now; the coffee is average, the tools are not.
What it is like here
The weekly ledger culture applies to us, not just to owners. Crews see their own production numbers. Superintendents present their own schedules at the monthly all-hands. Estimators visit the jobs they priced and hear about it when the field disagrees with the takeoff. If you like your feedback vague, you will hate it here.
What you get
- Pay published in the posting, every posting, with annual market reviews.
- Medical, dental, and vision from day one; retirement match vested immediately.
- Paid OSHA-30 and trade certifications, on the clock.
- Superintendents sleep at home: regional work only, by design.
- Stop-work authority that is thanked, never punished.
Craft careers are careers
Our self-perform crews are employees, not a labor broker's roster. Finishers become foremen, foremen become superintendents; two of the six people on the leadership page started on a Gantry crew. The apprentice-to-foreman path is written down and reviewed twice a year.

Rather talk first?
Call the office and ask for the hiring manager on the role. We answer the phone; it is a company policy and a point of pride.
