Why it exists
The failures that ruin a week, the July compressor, the January ignitor, the water heater that lets go on a holiday, almost always telegraph themselves months ahead. Plans exist so somebody is actually looking when the telegraph arrives.
Joining takes a minute
Pick a plan, and dispatch calls to schedule your first tune-up inside two weeks. Billing starts the month of that first visit, not before. No initiation fee, no contract, no gotchas in paragraph nine (fictional terms, like everything here).
Any time, effective the next billing month. Most people start on Comfort and move to Whole-Home the first time the plumbing inspection catches something.
The tune-ups alone out-price the plan on Standby and Comfort, and we schedule them for you, so a year of never using it should not actually happen. If we fail to deliver a included visit, that month is free (fictional terms).
