How do arrival windows work?
Pick a two hour window when you book. Dispatch assigns a tech the morning of, you get a text with their name, photo, and license, and another text when they leave the stop before yours. If we miss the window, the visit fee is waived (fictional guarantee, illustrative of the demo).
Do you really quote the price before the work starts?
Yes. Every truck carries the same flat rate book. The tech diagnoses, shows you the rate card line for the fix, and you approve it before a tool comes out. Hourly billing surprises are the thing this company was built to kill.
What does the diagnostic visit cost?
$89 for HVAC and $79 for plumbing (illustrative demo pricing), and either one is waived when you approve the repair on the same visit. Members skip the fee entirely on the Comfort and Whole-Home plans.
Are you actually 24/7?
Dispatch answers around the clock, every day of the year. After 8 pm we run a true on-call crew for no-heat, no-cool, and active-water emergencies. Non-urgent work booked overnight gets the first windows the next morning.
Who is coming to my house?
A W-2 Kelvin technician, never a subcontractor. Every tech passes a background check when hired and again every year, carries a license we print in the footer of this site, and shows up in a marked van. You see their face in your confirmation text before the doorbell rings.
