Priya Anand
Priya came to real estate sideways, which is the only honest way to arrive. She trained as an architect, spent seven years editing a design journal, and bought a 1913 foursquare that taught her more about houses than either. What she noticed, sitting on the buyer's side of that closing table, was how carelessly beautiful houses were being sold: bad photographs, boilerplate copy, a price arrived at by average rather than argument.
Corbel & Co. is her answer. The brokerage stays deliberately small, takes on a limited number of representations each season, and treats every one like a catalog entry: measured drawings, commissioned photography, prose written by someone who has actually stood in the rooms. Sellers hire Priya for the marketing and keep her for the negotiation, which is conducted with the same calm as everything else.
She lives in Kenwood in a house that is perpetually two projects from finished, and she has strong opinions about storm windows that she will share whether or not you ask.

What is your house worth, presented properly?
Not an instant algorithm number. A broker's valuation, prepared against the sales we have actually stood inside, delivered in a conversation rather than an email blast.
