Broker, buyer representation

Danny Wolfe

Before the license, Danny spent fifteen years as a general contractor rebuilding exactly the kind of houses Corbel now sells, which means he walks a basement the way a radiologist reads a film. Buyers work with Danny because he tells them what the house is, not what the listing says it is: the boiler that has four winters left, the addition that was done right, the crack that is nothing and the one that is not.

His buyer practice is deliberately unhurried. Fewer clients, more houses seen, and a standing rule that he will talk you out of two houses for every one he helps you buy. The math works because the houses his clients close on tend to be the ones they still own fifteen years later.

Danny lives in Northeast with his family in a worker cottage he has doubled in size twice, and he remains, unhelpfully for scheduling purposes, everyone's first call when something leaks.

What is your house worth, presented properly?

Not an instant algorithm number. A broker's valuation, prepared against the sales we have actually stood inside, delivered in a conversation rather than an email blast.
