Vanilla Berry Overnight Oats

No cooking, no morning scramble. Layered oats that hold you until lunch, with fiber, protein, and real fruit built in.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • Chopped nuts to finish

Method

  1. Stir oats, milk, yogurt, chia, vanilla, and maple in a jar.
  2. Fold in half the berries.
  3. Cover and rest in the fridge overnight, or at least 4 hours.
  4. In the morning, top with the rest of the berries and a scatter of nuts.
Coach's tip. Make three jars at once on Sunday and breakfast is handled through Wednesday.
