Straight numbers
Budgets built from our own delivered cost history, re-priced at every design milestone, with the variance explained line by line.
Since 1999 (illustrative)
Northbeam started as two field engineers with one pickup and a conviction: owners deserve a general contractor whose reports read like the truth. Twenty-seven fictional years later, the conviction is the company.
Who we are
We deliver residential communities, commercial workplaces, and industrial facilities across central Ohio. Different markets, one operating system: preconstruction that prices reality, superintendents with real authority, and an open ledger from the first estimate to the eleventh-month warranty walk.
Growth never came from chasing every job. It came from repeat owners: 9 of our last 12 projects (illustrative) were for clients we had already built for. In this trade, the rehire is the only review that matters.

What we refuse to compromise
Budgets built from our own delivered cost history, re-priced at every design milestone, with the variance explained line by line.
Pre-task plans every shift, stop-work authority for every person on site, and an EMR we publish instead of bury.
Concrete and rough carpentry stay in-house. When the critical path belongs to our own crews, the schedule belongs to you.
Superintendents average fourteen years with the company. The crew that prices your job is the crew that builds it.
Leadership
All team members fictional. Monogram tiles used in place of portraits by design.
Field engineer first, executive second. Still reads every owner report before it ships.
Thirty years of superintending. Runs the weekly schedule review nobody skips.
Owns the cost model. Prices every milestone against our own delivered history.
Keeps the EMR where it is. Every stop-work call gets a thank-you, not a lecture.
Safety, measured
Safety culture is what happens when nobody from the office is watching. Ours is built on pre-task planning, stop-work authority for every trade, and a standing rule that the fastest way to get thanked at Northbeam is to halt work you are not sure about.
Send the drawings, the pro forma, or the idea. A Northbeam project executive will call you back within one business day.
