The problem
Nord Atlas gave analysts everything and answered nothing. Every screen was a wall of equally weighted charts.
The approach
We introduced a plain-language summary at the top of every view and demoted the raw charts into a considered second layer.
The outcome
Time-to-insight dropped in usability testing, and the team adopted the summary pattern across the product.
