Subscription questions, answered
Can I skip a month?
Yes, from your account, up to the Friday before we roast. Skipped months are never charged.
When am I billed?
On the first of the month, the same week we roast. You will get a heads-up email three days before.
Can I change roasts each month?
That is the whole idea. Set new picks anytime before the roast date, or leave it on surprise.
How is it shipped?
Recyclable valve bags in a kraft box, carbon-neutral ground shipping, usually two to four days.
