The Hours Shop

One storefront, three rooms: the shop floor up front, the deck press behind the wall, and a 4.5-foot mini ramp in back. The curb outside is waxed and public. That is the whole business plan.

Hours & whereabouts

Saturday10:00 – 18:00

The mini ramp

4.5 feet of plywood therapy

Behind the racks, open all shop hours. Buy anything, skate all day. Pads are free at the counter, helmets required under 18, and Tuesday nights are beginners-only until 7.

The press room

Where the decks are born

The window in the back wall looks straight into the press. Ask nicely at the counter and someone will talk you through the mold, the glue, and why we let every deck rest two days before trim.

The community wall

Zines, flyers, first decks

Local video premieres, retired first boards, zines, and every event flyer on the east side. Bring something worth pinning and we will find it a spot.

House rules

Short list, big letters

  • Everyone starts somewhere. Nobody gets quizzed, sized up, or vibed out at the counter.
  • Helmets under 18 on the ramp, no exceptions, no lectures.
  • Wax the curb, not the handrails of the neighbors. We like our block.
  • Filmers eat free at shop jams. Clips keep this whole thing rolling.
