What happens next
- Day 1: written acknowledgment, assigned estimator named.
- Pre-bid: scope letter listing inclusions, exclusions, and the questions we will ask on record.
- Bid day: a number priced from our own production history, defensible line by line.

Craft and salaried candidates: use the same form and say so; it routes to the right desk. Or start from the careers page.
Subcontractors and suppliers: introduce your firm with scopes and coverage areas, and we will add you to the bid list.
