Winter does not lay you off
Backlog depth and shop work keep crews busy year-round. Illustrative, like all demo claims, but it is the retention lever the real ones use.
The seat is a career
Operator ladders, pipe-crew apprenticeships, CDL sponsorship, and PE mentorship for field engineers. Your five-year plan is written down and reviewed twice a year.
Safety is not a tax
Nobody is asked to trade their hands for a schedule. Stop-work is honored, PPE is provided, and the iron gets fixed when you tag it.
