Product tour

Three modules. One reading of the job.

Each module stands alone. Together they cross-reference, the schedule explaining the RFI, the log explaining the schedule, and that is where the early warnings come from.

Module 01

Schedule Sentinel

Every night, Sentinel re-reads the current schedule against the last ninety days of field pace. It does not just check logic; it checks honesty: activities that always finish late, durations that assume crews you have never actually had, float that exists only on paper.

  • Nightly slip-risk score with the three drivers ranked by recoverable float.
  • Pace-based forecasting: durations projected from how this crew actually moves.
  • Meeting mode: the Tuesday update, pre-annotated with what changed and why.

Module 02

RFI Triage

Triage starts from a blunt question: what does this RFI block, and what does each day of silence cost? Answers get drafted from the contract documents and your own answer history, then queued for a human to approve. The log stays yours; the waiting gets shorter.

  • Cost-of-waiting ranking tied to scheduled activities, not submission order.
  • Draft answers with citations to spec sections, details, and prior RFIs.
  • Aging by court: who holds the ball, for how long, on what.

Module 03

Log Intelligence

Your daily logs are the project’s memory, written in a hurry by people with better things to do. Log Intelligence turns that prose into structure (manpower, weather, deliveries, delays, safety mentions) and watches the structure for patterns a person reading one day at a time cannot see.

  • Structured extraction from free-text logs, photos’ captions, and foreman notes.
  • Trend and repeat detection: the third short-crew day reads different from the first.
  • Timeline builder: claim-ready chronologies with every entry dated and sourced.

The daily output

It all lands in one brief

Modules are for the tour. Mornings are for the brief: one message per portfolio, before coffee, with every claim traceable to its source layer. If nothing needs you, it says so and stays short.

  • Two-minute read, ruthlessly ordered by cost of ignoring.
  • Every line cites its sources: the log entry, the RFI, the schedule delta.
  • Delivered where you live: email, phone, or the project dashboard.

Twenty minutes. Your data or ours.

The demo runs on a fictional portfolio, or on one schedule file you bring. Either way you leave with a brief.
