Are these real prices?
No. Strata AI is a fictional demo product and every price on this page is illustrative. The tiers exist to show how a construction SaaS pricing page can be structured: by portfolio size and control needs, not by artificial feature-crippling.
Per project or per user?
Per active project, illustratively. Construction teams flex headcount job by job; charging per seat punishes exactly the collaboration the product exists to create. Everyone on the job gets a login.
What counts as an active project?
A project with a connected schedule or daily-log feed in the billing month. Archived projects stay readable forever and are never billed.
Do you train models on our data?
The fictional Strata would not: your data tunes your models only, nothing crosses tenant lines, and the audit log records every access. See the controls band on the home page.
What does onboarding look like?
Read-only connections, about an hour per project, first brief inside a week. The how-it-works page walks the four stages honestly.
Can we export everything and leave?
Yes: full export in open formats, one click, no retrieval fee. A tool that reads your record should never be able to hold it hostage.
