How it works

From raw layers toa two-minute brief.

Four stages, no new data entry, nothing for the field to install or remember. Here is the whole pipeline, honestly described.

Stage 01

Connect

Read-only connections to your scheduling tool, RFI log, and daily-report system, or just a watched folder of exports. No write access, ever. Typical setup is under an hour per project.

Stage 02

Learn

Strata maps your layers to each other: which RFIs touch which activities, which crews drive which durations, what “normal” looks like for this job. The first useful reading lands in days, and it keeps sharpening.

Stage 03

Flag

When layers disagree (the schedule says drywall started; the log says nine bodies, not fourteen) a flag is raised with the evidence attached and a severity tied to float, cost, and repetition.

Stage 04

Brief

Flags are ranked, deduplicated, and written up in plain language once a day. Urgent ones do not wait for morning. Everything else respects your attention like a good superintendent respects a pour.

Week one

What the first week looks like

  • Day 1: connections made, historical schedules and logs ingested.
  • Day 2–3: Strata builds the cross-layer map and baselines your pace.
  • Day 4: first flags reviewed with your team; sensitivity tuned to taste.
  • Day 5: the first morning brief. From then on, it is just Tuesday.

Timeline illustrative; fictional demo product.

Where the answers come from

Grounded, cited, checkable

Every drafted RFI answer and every flag carries its citations: the spec section, the log entry, the schedule delta. If Strata cannot ground a claim in your documents, it says “I don’t know” instead of improvising. On a jobsite, a confident guess is the most expensive sentence there is.
