Providers with bylines.
Four fictional providers, written the way a masthead should read: name, credential, and what they are actually known for. Portrait slots stay reserved because real photography belongs to real people.
Dr. Lena Ostrow, MD
Medical DirectorBoard-certified physician and the studio's medical conscience. Every dosing protocol, laser setting, and candidacy call at Novella runs under her review. Known for declining treatments as gracefully as she plans them.
Sasha Marceau, RN
Lead InjectorAesthetic nurse injector with a decade in facial balancing and a portfolio built on restraint. Teaches our half-syringe method and the two-week review that keeps it honest.
Ren Calloway, PA-C
Injector & Laser LeadPhysician associate who runs the laser program and shares the injectable book. The person behind our test-spot-first policy and the seasonal IPL calendar.
Priya Devi, LME
Lead AestheticianLicensed medical aesthetician and the author of the signature facial. Designs every peel series and needling plan around the client's actual calendar, not an idealized one.
All providers are fictional characters created for this demonstration. On a live site, this page carries real portraits, license numbers, and verifiable credentials.
Who may do what.
Med spa titles confuse everyone, so here is the plain version this studio operates by (and any studio should be able to recite).
Who oversees medical care?
A medical director (a physician) sets protocols, reviews dosing and settings, and owns candidacy standards. At our fictional studio that is Dr. Lena Ostrow, MD.
Who injects?
Registered nurses, physician associates, and physicians with aesthetic training. Aestheticians never inject, anywhere, and a studio that blurs this line is telling you something.
Who runs lasers and peels?
Licensed medical aestheticians and laser-certified providers, under protocol. Test spots and depth decisions are documented, not improvised.
Book with the masthead.
Every consult is with a named provider, and your plan carries their byline and their two-week review.
