A studio that edits like a magazine.
Novella opened in 2021 (fictionally) on a simple observation: this industry quotes the fashion press on every homepage and then designs, and treats, like a coupon site.
Short form. Careful edits.
A novella is the disciplined format: long enough to matter, short enough that every line earns its place. That is the treatment philosophy. Your face already has its story; our work is the quiet edit that makes the story read better, never a rewrite.
In practice that means conservative dosing said out loud before a vial is opened, half-syringe lip appointments as the default rather than the exception, laser series sold with written session counts, and a body-contouring consult that ends in a no about one time in four (an illustrative demo figure we are prouder of than any before-and-after).
The safety masthead.
Aesthetics is medicine wearing good lighting. These are the rules that do not bend, under the oversight of our medical director, Dr. Lena Ostrow, MD.
Physician-reviewed
Dosing protocols, laser settings, and candidacy standards run under medical director review, with injectable plans audited quarterly.
Consult before commerce
Injectables and laser are never sold same-day to new clients. The consult, the plan, and a cooling-off pause come first.
Reversible by preference
We work in hyaluronic acid fillers that can be dissolved, on conservative settings, with test spots on every new laser client.
Declining is policy
Providers are evaluated on outcomes and honesty, never on revenue per visit. Saying no is a promotable act here.
Written for this city.
Our studio sits on Rosewick Avenue (fictionally) between a framing shop and a very good bakery. Dallas gives skin two authors, sun and air conditioning, and our seasonal calendar is built around both: laser and IPL run October through April, peels cluster in the cooler months, and summer belongs to maintenance, facials, and sunscreen sermons.

A complimentary consult, a written plan with real numbers, and not one ounce of pressure. That is the whole pitch.
