Arden & Ostrow Immigration & Cross-Border Counsel (555) 045-8200

The attorneys

Four of us. Deliberately.

We publish no portraits; our clients value discretion and we practice what they value. You will meet us in person, which is where lawyers should be met. All four attorneys below are fictional characters on a demonstration site.

Eleanor Arden

Founding Partner

Leads the mobility practice. Spent seven years as in-house mobility counsel for a global engineering firm before founding Arden & Ostrow in 2009, and still believes a calendar is the most underrated legal instrument. Writes the route memos personally.

Working languages: English, German

Julian Ostrow

Founding Partner

Leads the founders and investors practice. Came up through corporate law before crossing to immigration, which is why cap tables do not frighten him and term sheets read to him like timelines. Sits on both sides of the incorporation conversation.

Working languages: English, Polish

Mireille Fontaine-Okafor

Partner, Family & Residency

Leads family, residency, and citizenship work. Known for household maps that put a six-year-old's school calendar next to a government queue and take both equally seriously. Has attended more naturalization interviews than anyone else in the firm.

Working languages: English, French

Daniel Reyes

Counsel, Cross-Border Coordination

Runs the coordination desk: the meetings where immigration counsel, tax advisors, and foreign lawyers sit at one table and leave with one calendar. A relentless writer of the follow-up memo nobody else wanted to draft.

Working languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese

Admissions and credentials intentionally omitted: fictional demo profiles, not real attorneys.

Every file carries a partner's name.

Not a team's, not a department's. A person's. It is the oldest quality system in professional life, and it has never been improved upon.
